Payment is required in advance prior to commencing the homestay search.

Important Documents For U18
For students under 18 requesting caregiver services, the Homestay Placement Agreement will be issued upon receipt of payment.
Students and parents must complete and return the agreement to Global experience promptly to avoid delays in the Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW).

Homestay Search
Our team carefully selects a host family that matches your needs and preferences.
It is important to include any relevant in the booking form, such as allergies or dietary requirements.

Homestay Confirmation
Homestay confirmation will be emailed to the students, schools and/or agents, typically 2-3 weeks before arrival.
Students should read all relevant information, including the welcome pack and student guidelines.
